The EL Program includes training, coaching, mentoring, retreats, workshops, study, and practical application in your place of calling.

You can earn a Higher Ed Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters in biblical and theological studies through our partnership with the Australian College of Ministries (ACOM), part of the Sydney College of Divinity. Alternatively, you can join our non-accredited Leadership Competency Modules.

YES!

There are a number of ways that you can be part of EL, whether that is through your church engaging in a partnership with us, or you formally engaging in one of our 1, 2 or 4 year programs. There are plenty of opportunities for you to be further equipped and trained in your leadership.

YES! You don't need to belong to a specific denomination. We partner with and accept participants from all denominations and para-church organizations. Contact us to explore what a partnership could look like for your community.

Absolutely! You can join the EL Program from any location in Australia. We cater to all states, territories, and regions. We gather in person for our Annual Retreat and use regional gatherings through our hybrid delivery for other aspects of the program.

As of 2025, the cost is $1500 (AU) per person, per year for our non-accredited study option. If you choose to study with ACOM, you'll need to pay for your study fees, with no upfront costs from us.
