PROGRAM
LEAD LIKE JESUS
Get Inspired
‘Lead like Jesus’ is a non-accredited (but recognized within CCCVaT) leadership development pathway for emerging leaders to focus for 1 year on learning and implementing the priorities we see demonstrated through Jesus, the leader.
Throughout the year, you will explore three key leadership areas (Strategic Leadership, Leading through Change and Conflict, and Leading Teams and Raising Leaders). During the year, along with the Annual and Equipping Retreats, you will engage in mentoring, coaching and ministry placement.
The main training for this one-year program is SHIFTm2M. This is a journey to discover the foundation of what Christ is calling leaders to be and what He asks leaders to build into as His followers. Through a foundation of a slow, thorough, and fascinating study through the gospels, you will unpack Jesus’ disciple-making movement principles and apply them to your ministry context.
We would love you to apply or partner with us in developing emerging leaders who lead like Jesus.
COST:
This 1-year program costs $1500.00 upfront (to be paid prior to the Annual Retreat).
This cost includes the following;
-
Coaching
-
Training
-
Retreats (including accommodation for the Annual Retreat)
-
Your reading material for each trimester
This cost DOES NOT include flights or travel incurred as a result of attendance or other requirements associated with the program.
Collaborative Learning Cohort
Throughout the trimester, we meet and explore what we are learning and wrestling with through the text that has been selected for each topic. With a focus on application throughout these meetings, we look to make the connections from our head, to our heart and hands as leaders.
SHIFTm2M Training
The training dates will be available in the welcome pack, with all first year participants in any program, participating in the training. With various gathering places around Australia, the 9 training days throughout the year will not only be a time for you to grow and develop as a leader, but to see you develop a disciple making ministry that we pray, will multiply as you continue to apply what you learn.
